Key findings include:
In Wellbeing
“People managers have wellbeing tools to help employees”
(Traditional score 63%, Neurotech® score 37%, Difference 26%)
In Reward
“Our company benefits meet employees’ individual needs”
(Traditional score 59%, Neurotech® score 28%, Difference 31%)
In DE&I
“We authentically embed DE&I in retention”
(Traditional score 55%, Neurotech® score 31%, Difference 24%)
If we only ran a traditional survey, then we would read the results as being moderately to positively favourable to the above statements. In reality, the Neurotech® scores suggest respondents don’t really feel that their organisation is doing enough. It doesn’t mean that respondents are lying, it just means that for whatever reason, they are reluctant to openly admit their feelings.
